Integral Diagnostics’ preliminary FY26 results demonstrate substantial operational momentum, with revenue expected to reach between $788 million and $790 million, representing growth of approximately 25 percent compared to the prior corresponding period. This expansion reflects a full 12-month contribution from the Capitol Health acquisition, which delivered only around six months of earnings in the prior year, making the underlying organic growth rate a key consideration for investors assessing sustainable momentum.

Operating EBITDA is forecast to reach between $164 million and $165 million, up roughly 30 percent on the prior year, with the operating margin expanding approximately 80 basis points to between 20.8 percent and 21.0 percent. This expansion aligns with the company’s full-year guidance of approximately 21.0 percent, providing confidence that management has maintained visibility and discipline over its profitability targets. The profit growth outpaces revenue growth, indicating strong operational leverage and improved cost management across the diagnostic services platform.

Net profit after tax is projected to rise by approximately 50 percent to between $47 million and $48 million, while diluted operating earnings per share are expected to reach 12.5 to 12.7 cents per share, up roughly 23 percent from the prior year’s 10.2 cents. The significant earnings growth reflects both the revenue expansion and the operating margin improvement, suggesting that IDX has successfully integrated Capitol Health and continues to extract value from its combined platform.

The company’s balance sheet shows meaningful progress, with net debt to operating EBITDA improving to an estimated 2.3 times at 30 June 2026 from 2.6 times a year earlier. This de-leveraging trajectory reflects operating discipline and cash generation capability, which supports the company’s ability to fund growth capex while reducing financial risk. Replacement and growth capital expenditure totalled approximately $50 million for the year, in line with guidance.

The announcement also includes leadership changes designed to support the next phase of development. Jenny Martin has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer, bringing 25 years of healthcare technology and business experience, including previous roles as CFO and most recently as Chief Operating Officer of Citadel Group Limited until July 2026. Martin holds a Bachelor of Accounting, is a Chartered Accountant, and serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at SenSen Networks Limited. She will join immediately but assume the formal CFO role on 5 October 2026, allowing time to understand the business before taking full responsibilities.
