HUB24 delivered a comprehensive set of results demonstrating strong momentum across its platform business. Record net inflows of $18.9 billion, combined with market share gains of 1.3 percent and an improvement in its FUA ranking to number six from number seven, position the company as the clear market leader in Australian wealth management platforms. This performance reflects sustained customer demand across the group’s diversified offerings.
The underlying financial metrics reinforce this market strength. Total revenue reached $501.1 million, with platform revenue generating $406.9 million and tech solutions contributing $84.0 million. Underlying earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation totalled $211.4 million, reflecting operational leverage across the business. The company generated underlying net profit after tax of $137.3 million, delivering underlying earnings per share of 166.7 cents. Over a four-year horizon, HUB24 has maintained impressive expansion with revenue growing at a compound annual rate of 27 percent, EBITDA advancing 32 percent annually, and funds under administration rising 26 percent per year.
Total funds under administration reached $164.3 billion at 13 August 2026, substantially higher than the prior year reported figure. Platform FUA of $139.5 billion and PARS of $24.8 billion demonstrate the breadth of the product offering and diversified customer base. Statutory net profit after tax of $120.2 million and a fully franked final dividend of 42 cents per share reflect management confidence in the business trajectory. The decision to maintain full franking reinforces the company’s commitment to returning cash to shareholders.
Beyond the headline numbers, HUB24 made notable progress on strategic initiatives. Engage, the newly launched reporting solution, has been adopted by approximately 7,200 advice practice users since its September 2025 general availability. Class delivered its largest annual account increase since FY18, while NowInfinity has achieved growth rates more than double the industry system average. Management has commenced development of myhub, an integrated wealth technology platform combining advice technology with HUB24’s capabilities, signalling the company’s commitment to innovation and competitive differentiation.
HUB24’s ability to convert its market leadership position into sustained earnings growth will remain central to shareholder returns. Execution on the product development roadmap, particularly the launch and scaling of new offerings and the integration of recently acquired capabilities, warrants close attention. The proposed inhouse trustee transition of the HUB24 Super Fund represents another factor to monitor, pending regulatory approvals from APRA and other authorities. This announcement has been flagged as price sensitive and material by the Australian Securities Exchange.
