HUB24 Limited delivered record financial results for the year ended 30 June 2026, reporting Group Underlying EBITDA of $211.4 million, a 30 percent increase on FY25 and reflecting the continued momentum of the wealth platform operator. The company’s Statutory Net Profit After Tax reached $120.2 million, up 51 percent, while Underlying NPAT climbed 40 percent to $137.3 million. These results validate HUB24’s strategy of leveraging its core platform business to drive profitability and shareholder returns.
The Platform segment, which accounts for approximately 88 percent of group UEBITDA, remained the growth engine. Platform UEBITDA expanded 31 percent to $186.7 million while Platform revenues grew 26 percent to $406.9 million, demonstrating strong pricing power and operational leverage as the platform scales. Total Funds Under Administration climbed to $164.3 billion, up 20 percent, with the Platform specifically reaching $139.5 billion and now capturing a market share of 9.9 percent, up from 8.6 percent a year earlier. This represents the largest market share gain among all platform providers and positions HUB24 as the sixth largest platform by FUA.
Perhaps most impressively, HUB24 secured net inflows of $18.9 billion across the Platform in FY26, a 20 percent increase when excluding large migrations, and achieved first-ranked status for quarterly and annual net inflows for the tenth consecutive quarter. This sustained inflow performance reflects both adviser confidence in the platform and successful distribution through its network of 5,649 active advisers, which expanded 11 percent during the year. The company signed 148 new licensee agreements, indicating ongoing expansion of its adviser base and distribution capacity.
Importantly, HUB24 achieved significant margin expansion, with Group UEBITDA margins rising to 42.2 percent from 39.9 percent, despite operating expenses increasing 19 percent in absolute terms. This demonstrates the scalability of the business model and disciplined cost management alongside growth investments. The company’s focus on integrated solutions for high-net-worth clients, including Non-Custodial Services and Private Invest offerings, contributed to outcomes exceeding $1 billion in FUA by year end.
The Directors declared a final fully franked dividend of 42.0 cents per share, up 31 percent, bringing total FY26 dividends to 78.0 cps, up 39 percent. This substantial dividend growth reflects management confidence in the sustainability of earnings growth and continued cash generation capabilities. The Tech Solutions segment, while smaller at $29.3 million UEBITDA, maintained its contribution despite economic headwinds in financial services technology.
Investors should monitor HUB24’s adviser growth trajectory, Platform net inflow trends beyond this record year, and the competitive response to its market share gains. The company’s ability to maintain its pricing discipline and margin expansion while funding continued innovation will prove critical.
