The company operates through two segments, Healthcare and Animal Care, serving a broad range of customers from independent pharmacies and community health providers to veterinary suppliers and pet product retailers.
Within its Healthcare operations, EBOS provides logistics, warehousing, medication management solutions, pharmacy management software, clinical trial logistics and management, product registration services, and health communications consultancy. It also supports independent pharmacies through Pharmacy Choice, an integrated retail program, and the healthSAVE community pharmacy banner. Its product range extends to vitamins, minerals and supplements, herbal teas, natural toothpastes, functional foods including molasses and manuka honey, aesthetic healthcare devices, medical-grade cosmeceuticals, injectables, surgical devices, and medical consumables. The Animal Care segment covers pet nutrition, treats, grooming and clean-up products, and veterinary wholesale. Formerly known as Early Bros Dental and Surgical Supplies Ltd, the company adopted the EBOS Group name in 1986 and traces its incorporation to 1922. It is headquartered in Docklands, Australia.
