Centuria Capital Limited has reported a strong full-year 2026 result, with operating net profit after tax climbing to $113.8 million, representing an 11.5 percent increase from the prior year. The funds manager also delivered record assets under management of $22.2 billion, up from $20.6 billion in FY25, while maintaining earnings per security of 13.6 cents in line with upgraded guidance. The company’s diversified earnings model, which spans real estate equity and credit alongside emerging artificial intelligence infrastructure through its ResetData platform, continues to position it for growth in an evolving market environment.

The result reflects Centuria’s differentiated platform approach, which comprises over 150 funds and loan special purpose vehicles across the real estate and AI infrastructure sectors. With more than 15,500 unlisted investors and 1,200 advisers accessing its products, the company has built a substantial distribution network that supports recurring management fee income while capturing transaction and performance fees as deals execute. The expanded platform demonstrates the scalability of its integrated origination, fund establishment, asset management and operations capability. During FY26, the company exceeded its $1 billion acquisition target with real estate activity reaching 5.1 percent of AUM, showing active capital deployment despite selective market conditions.

For investors, the trajectory matters considerably. Centuria’s balance sheet has strengthened materially, with gearing declining to 5.1 percent from 12.3 percent in the prior year, while cash and undrawn debt facilities expanded to $445 million. This enhanced liquidity provides meaningful firepower for the management team to execute on opportunities as market conditions evolve. The company is guiding FY27 operating net profit after tax of $130 million, representing 14 percent growth above FY26 actual results, with earnings per security of 13.0 cents and a distribution of 10.4 cents per security. These projections suggest management confidence in sustained momentum through the coming year.

Key areas to monitor include deployment of the company’s expanded data centre capacity, with potential for more than 250 megawatts positioning Centuria to capture emerging infrastructure demand. The broader investment backdrop also warrants attention, as the company notes that private real estate continues to attract global capital and that improved budget settings are enhancing appeal for income-focused investment products. With institutional investors and high net worth pools reassessing non-residential allocations, Centuria appears well positioned to benefit from capital recycling activity. This announcement is price sensitive and has been flagged as material by the ASX.
