Its Property Funds Management segment oversees a broad range of listed and unlisted property funds, while the Co-Investments segment holds interests in property funds, properties held for sale, and other liquid assets. The Developments segment manages commercial office, industrial, and health and residential mixed-use development projects across structured and direct formats.

The Property and Development Finance segment provides real estate secured non-bank lending spanning land subdivision, bridging finance, development projects, and residual stock. The Investment Bonds Management segment manages benefit funds offering single and multi-premium investment products, and the Corporate segment administers a reverse mortgage lending portfolio. Incorporated in 2000, Centuria Capital Group is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
