Goodman Group owns, develops and manages logistics properties and data centres in major global cities, positioning itself as a provider of essential infrastructure for the digital economy. The group operates across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, the United Kingdom and the Americas, with its portfolio spanning logistics and distribution centres, data centres, warehouses, light industrial facilities, multi-storey industrial properties and business parks.
Comprising three stapled entities, Goodman Limited, Goodman Industrial Trust and Goodman Logistics (HK) Limited, the group is the largest property entity on the Australian Securities Exchange and one of the largest listed specialist investment managers of industrial property globally. It takes a long-term investment approach, committing capital alongside its investment management partners in markets where it can generate the most value for customers and investors. Founded in 2002 and incorporated in Australia, Goodman Group is headquartered in Australia.
