DEXUS is a fully integrated Australasian real asset group managing a combined portfolio valued at 51.5 billion dollars across its listed portfolio and funds management business. The listed portfolio, at 15.3 billion dollars, holds direct and indirect interests spanning office, industrial, retail, healthcare, infrastructure, alternatives and other asset classes. The funds management arm deploys 36.2 billion dollars of third-party capital into sector-specific and diversified real asset products, connecting outside investors with exposure to quality Australasian real assets.

The platform is underpinned by an 11.5 billion dollar development pipeline designed to grow both the listed and funds portfolios and enhance future returns. DEXUS draws on more than four decades of expertise across real asset investment, funds management, asset management and development, and counts more than 37,000 investors from 26 countries among its capital base. Sustainability is embedded in its operations through three priority areas of customer prosperity, climate action and enhancing communities. The company was incorporated in 2004 and is headquartered in Australia.
