Monadelphous Group Limited has secured new contracts valued at more than $110 million across the resources, energy and infrastructure sectors, demonstrating continued strength in its order book and market positioning in key Australian and Asia-Pacific markets.

The contract wins span three significant projects across different geographies and service lines. The largest contract involves Santos for the APF Tie-In Project in Papua New Guinea’s Southern Highlands, where Monadelphous will construct well pads, gathering systems and conduct brownfield facility upgrades. Work on this project is scheduled to run through 2028, providing multi-year revenue visibility and leveraging the company’s engineering construction capabilities in offshore and remote operations. This contract is particularly significant given Santos’ major projects in the region and the complexity of work required in this environment.

Monadelphous’ civil business segment, operating under the Melchor brand, has captured a contract with Pilbara Ports for the Utah Ring Road Reconstruction Project at Port Hedland in Western Australia. This project commences immediately with completion targeted for the first half of 2028. The immediate commencement suggests the work was competitively won and represents validation of Melchor’s capabilities in bulk handling and port infrastructure projects. Pilbara Ports is a significant regional infrastructure operator, and this contract provides exposure to Western Australian growth projects.

Rounding out the contract announcements is a 12-month maintenance services agreement at Glencore’s Murrin Murrin nickel operations in the Goldfields region. While smaller in scope than the construction contracts, this maintenance business provides a steady income stream and reflects Monadelphous’ position as a preferred provider for major mining operations in Western Australia. The maintenance division represents a more stable, recurring revenue base compared to construction project work.

For investors, these contract wins are meaningful for several reasons. First, they provide forward visibility on revenue generation into 2028, addressing any near-term concerns about project pipeline depth. Second, the geographic and sector diversity demonstrates the company’s ability to compete across multiple markets and customer bases, reducing concentration risk. Third, the immediate commencement of the Pilbara Ports project suggests the company has capacity to absorb this work without material delays or cost overruns. The contracts also reinforce Monadelphous’ market position as a leading provider to the resources and infrastructure sectors in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
