July 27, 2026

Metrics Master Income Trust has announced a monthly distribution of 1.44 cents per unit, payable on 10 August 2026, with an ex-distribution date of 31 July 2026. This represents the trust’s regular income distribution to unitholders for the month ended 31 July 2026. The distribution was notified as estimated at announcement time, with the final amount to be confirmed by 6 August 2026, though the declared figure is expected to hold subject to any material accounting adjustments.

The distribution is entirely unfranked, meaning investors will receive no franking credits attached to their payment. This reflects the nature of the trust’s underlying income sources and is common across income trusts operating in specific asset classes. From a cash flow perspective, investors should note the compact payment schedule around the ex-date. Those purchasing units must do so before market close on 31 July to be entitled to this distribution, with the record date confirming ownership on 3 August and payment occurring a week later.

Unitholders have the option to participate in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan that allows automatic conversion of distributions into additional units without brokerage fees. The DRP carries no discount to the reinvestment price, meaning reinvested distributions will be converted at the calculated unit price with no premium or discount applied. This can be valuable for long-term investors seeking to compound returns through unit accumulation. However, the trust defaults to cash distribution for those who do not actively elect into the DRP. Investors wishing to reinvest must lodge their election with the share registry by 17:00 on Tuesday, 4 August 2026. Missing this deadline means the distribution will be paid in cash this month, though unitholders can elect into the DRP for subsequent distributions if desired.

At 1.44 cents per unit monthly, the annualised run-rate would be approximately 17.28 cents per unit if this distribution level is sustained, though investors should recognise that monthly distributions from income trusts can fluctuate based on underlying portfolio performance and income generation. The sustainability of these payments will depend on the trust’s asset performance, market conditions, and any changes to the underlying investment strategy. For a fund branded around income generation, maintaining regular monthly distributions forms a core part of its investment proposition, making consistency a key metric for investors to monitor over time.

This announcement carries the ASX’s price sensitive flag, indicating material information that may influence investment decisions or unit pricing.
