AUB Group Limited operates as an insurance broking and underwriting agency business across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, the rest of Europe and other international markets. The group is organised around Australian Broking, New Zealand Broking, Agencies, International and Support Services operations, delivering insurance broking and advisory services mainly to small and medium enterprise clients. Its broking operations are supported by capabilities spanning member services, life insurance broking, premium funding and claims management, while wholesale and retail broking and managing general agency activities extend its reach across both underwriting and distribution sides of the insurance value chain.
The group also designs, distributes and manages insurance products and portfolios on behalf of licensed insurers, and supplies automated quoting and binding, white labelling and other technology support services to the broking market. Its offering includes ExpressCover, an SME insurance platform built on the BizCover digital platform, providing multichannel access to a range of insurance products, alongside distribution of ancillary products. Originally incorporated in 1885 and known for many years as Austbrokers Holdings Limited before adopting its current name in November 2015, AUB Group is headquartered in North Sydney, Australia.
