Nuix Limited has delivered a strong full-year result for FY26 with annualised contract value of $260.0 million, growing 13.9% from the prior year and tracking within previously guided ranges. The standout performance came from Nuix Neo, the company’s cloud-based platform, which achieved annualised contract value of $78.5 million, representing explosive 179% growth year on year. This growth was driven by continued customer migration from legacy systems, new customer acquisition, and upsell to existing Neo customers, with the customer base expanding to 135 users. Nuix Neo now represents 30% of total annualised contract value, more than doubling its proportion from twelve months earlier and emerging as the company’s primary growth engine for near-term expansion.
The improvement in underlying profitability metrics signals both strong revenue growth and improving operational leverage across the business. Adjusted Management EBITDA expanded substantially by 60.4% to $59.8 million as revenue growth significantly outpaced cost expansion, a key strategic objective for management. More impressively, underlying cash flow surged 154% to $51.0 million, well above the prior year’s $20.1 million, reflecting the company’s ability to convert revenue growth into cash generation. Statutory net profit swung from a loss of $9.2 million in FY25 to a profit of $16.4 million in FY26, demonstrating a meaningful turnaround in the bottom line. Net cash on the balance sheet improved to $49.9 million from $40.0 million, providing financial flexibility for future investment and shareholder returns.
These results validate the company’s strategic pivot toward Neo as the foundation of future growth and profitability. Management has undertaken a comprehensive restructuring of go-to-market operations, moving from feature-based selling toward broader platform value positioning, with new commercial leadership in place for implementation from FY27 onwards. Unifying product and technology teams under a chief technology officer has strengthened delivery and alignment of the overall platform strategy, with a one-off research and development accelerator investment planned for FY27 to deepen capability. The company’s advanced artificial intelligence strategy is designed to boost internal productivity while widening competitive advantage and unlocking new revenue opportunities.
A secondary positive development was the Federal Court’s dismissal of all claims in the ASIC enforcement case against the company and relevant individual directors, removing a longstanding regulatory overhang that had weighed on sentiment. Although ASIC has flagged an appeal focused on the company, the dismissal as it pertains to individual directors is final and not subject to challenge. Meanwhile, the Linkurious acquisition integration remains on track with early cross-sell wins already emerging.
Investors should closely monitor the pace and success of continued Nuix Neo migration, the effectiveness of the restructured go-to-market approach from the second half of FY27, execution of the AI-driven platform roadmap, and cross-sell traction from the Linkurious acquisition. The outcome of the ASIC appeal will also merit ongoing attention. This announcement is price sensitive and has been flagged as material by the ASX.
