Orezone Gold Corporation (ASX: ORE) – Orezone Q3 2026 Production Results

Orezone Gold Corporation has delivered record production of just under 60,000 ounces in the third quarter of 2026, achieving output that exceeds both the prior two quarters and the company’s historical performance. The result reflects solid operational execution at the Bomboré mine in Burkina Faso and the Casa Berardi mine in Quebec, which was acquired in March 2026 and is now ramping toward full operational potential.

Bomboré contributed 40,562 ounces in Q3, with mining operations milling 2.54 million tonnes at a head grade of 0.57 percent. The mine is moving into higher-grade ore zones as waste stripping in the P17 pit approaches completion, a development that should drive production gains in Q4. Processing performance at Bomboré remained strong, with both the oxide and hard rock circuits operating above nameplate capacity while maintaining expected recovery rates. Casa Berardi, still in the early stages of integration, produced 19,112 ounces despite navigating a 7-day operational suspension in July due to local wildfire activity. The operation’s early performance is encouraging, with mill throughput averaging 4,195 tonnes per day against a planned annual design of 3,900 tpd and gold recovery reaching 89 percent versus the planned 84 percent.

The company’s Q4 outlook is built on both operations accessing higher-grade direct feed ore over the remaining months of the year, with management guiding for record quarterly production in Q4. Casa Berardi’s Life-of-Mine study, released in Q3, modeled a 14-year mine life with annual average production of 116,000 ounces at an all-in sustaining cost of $1,877 per ounce. This modeling underlines the strategic scale and durability of the Casa Berardi operation, though future outcomes will depend on exploration success, capital discipline, and commodity price performance. The average gold price realized by the company in Q3 was $4,174 per ounce, which includes the impact of a Casa Berardi streaming agreement with Franco-Nevada on certain volumes.

The company will release its full Q3 financial results on November 16, 2026, providing detail on cash generation and capital deployment. Near-term catalysts also include exploration results from both mines and a preliminary economic assessment on the Heva-Hosco development project in Quebec. This announcement is price sensitive and has been flagged as material by the ASX.
