SEEK Limited announced record full year results for FY2026 with a record fully-franked dividend of 52 cents per share, signaling strong Board confidence in the company’s strategic direction and future earnings capacity. The company delivered 28% growth in adjusted earnings per share alongside 15% EBITDA growth, driven by a combination of strong operational execution and strategic investments in artificial intelligence and platform capabilities.

Revenue growth of 10% significantly outpaced cost growth of 8%, marking the fourth consecutive half of operating leverage and demonstrating the company’s ability to improve profitability while managing expenses. This result was achieved despite paid advertising volumes declining across APAC due to macroeconomic headwinds in both Australia and Asia, yet the company still achieved 18% yield growth across the region, representing the sixth consecutive year of double-digit yield expansion. This performance reveals the effectiveness of SEEK’s pricing strategies and product enhancements, particularly its upgraded advertising tiers and advanced offerings launched in the second half of the financial year.

The company’s strategic investments in Platform Unification and AI capability have materially strengthened its competitive positioning in the marketplace. EBITDA margins expanded to 44%, and free cash flow surged 21%, providing the financial flexibility to reward shareholders with a 13% increase in the full year dividend while maintaining substantial investment in growth and AI initiatives. ANZ revenues increased 12% with job ad yield growing 14%, reflecting strong adoption of depth features and value-based pricing models that link customer costs directly to their own recruitment outcomes and placement success.

For investors, SEEK’s results demonstrate the value creation potential of technology-driven improvements to marketplace dynamics and customer outcomes. The company has successfully navigated a challenging volume environment by enhancing what customers are willing to pay for quality placements and superior recruitment results. The Board’s confidence extended to upgrading the company’s medium-term goals, suggesting management expects sustained performance improvement well beyond FY2026.

The key consideration for investors going forward is whether SEEK can sustain its impressive yield growth if advertising volumes recover, and whether margin expansion continues as AI capabilities mature across the platform. The record dividend and upgraded guidance provide reassurance on near-term earnings visibility, though macroeconomic conditions remain a material factor for volume recovery. This announcement is price-sensitive and has been flagged as material by the ASX.
