TELIX Pharmaceuticals (ASX: TLX) – Telix Reports Q3 2026 Financial Results

TELIX Pharmaceuticals (ASX: TLX)View stock profile →

Telix Pharmaceuticals announced a transformational merger with Isotope Technologies Munich (ITM), creating a vertically integrated radiopharmaceutical company with one of the industry’s broadest therapeutic pipelines. The transaction values ITM at US$1.65 billion upfront on a cash-free, debt-free basis, with additional contingent consideration of up to US$700 million tied to regulatory approvals and commercial milestones for ITM’s lead asset, ITM-11, a therapeutic radioisotope for neuroendocrine tumors. The merger brings together Telix’s commercial precision medicine diagnostics platform with ITM’s industry-leading isotope production capabilities, anchored by the only globally scaled commercial-grade lutetium-177 production platform. Combined with Telix’s late-stage therapeutic pipeline, this creates a more complete end-to-end radiopharmaceutical ecosystem and addresses a critical constraint in scaling production.

The merger announcement coincides with solid operational momentum in the quarter ended September 30, 2026. Telix reported group revenue of US$245 million for Q3 2026, representing 19 percent growth over the prior year quarter, driven by continued strong demand for the commercial portfolio. Precision Medicine revenue reached US$201 million, up 30 percent year-over-year, underpinned by sales of Illuccix and Gozellix. The company noted that September’s exit run rate remained strong, supporting management’s confidence in delivering over 25 percent Precision Medicine revenue growth for the full year 2026.

Beyond revenue, Telix achieved a significant milestone with FDA approval of Pixclara for glioma imaging in September 2026, establishing the first approved imaging agent for this indication in the United States. First commercial doses were administered in September, opening a new market opportunity in neuro-oncology and diversifying the revenue base. In the precision diagnostics pipeline, the BiPASS Phase 3 study evaluating prostate cancer detection completed enrollment of 350 patients, with the FDA supporting an expedited regulatory pathway and granting Fast Track Designation. The study builds on earlier clinical evidence from the PRIMARY and PRIMARY2 trials and is intended to support regulatory submissions.

On the therapeutic side, Telix’s late-stage pipeline continues to advance across multiple indications. The OPTIMAL-PSMA Phase 2 study of TLX597-Tx in metastatic prostate cancer completed enrollment, with data expected in the first half of 2027. The LUTEON trial of TLX250-Tx in kidney cancer continues enrollment, and the company filed an IND amendment to expand its Phase 3 IPAX study of TLX101-Tx in glioblastoma.

Telix reaffirmed its expectation for full-year 2026 revenue and other income to exceed US$1 billion, with revenue tracking toward the upper end of prior guidance of US$950 million to US$970 million plus US$40 million in other income. The company revised R&D expenditure guidance to US$240 million to US$260 million. Investors should monitor the December 1, 2026 shareholder vote on the ITM merger, the timing of regulatory decisions on Pixlumi in Europe and the Zircaix BLA resubmission, and data readouts from the OPTIMAL-PSMA and other late-stage trials. This announcement has been designated as price sensitive and is flagged as material by the ASX.
