WiseTech Global delivered record revenue of $1,395.9 million in FY26, representing 79% growth on the prior year, demonstrating strong execution of its e2open acquisition and complementary organic initiatives. The result exceeded analyst expectations, with the company also outperforming its guided EBITDA by delivering $585.8 million (up 54% year-on-year) at a 42% margin. This performance signals management’s confidence in integrating one of the largest logistics software acquisitions globally.

The revenue expansion was driven by the e2open acquisition announced earlier in the period, though organic growth drivers remain intact. Management delivered approximately $115 million in annualized cost savings through three streams: $64 million from e2open post-acquisition integration, $34 million from an AI Transformation program launched during the year, and $17 million from efficiency initiatives focused on higher-performing teams and early adoption of artificial intelligence. This systematic approach to cost discipline suggests the company can maintain profitability even as it invests in product development and integration activities.

CargoWise Value Packs have shown strong uptake, with over 95% of CargoWise customers migrating to this new commercial model launched during FY26. New customer signings have increased approximately 55% for small and medium enterprises and 30% overall since the model’s introduction. This customer migration addresses a longstanding strategic priority for the company: improving revenue predictability and customer retention through subscription-oriented pricing. The success of this transition suggests CargoWise remains competitive despite ongoing digital transformation across the logistics sector.

Financially, WiseTech strengthened its balance sheet with a net leverage ratio of 2.7x at 30 June 2026, ahead of its previously guided 3x target. This positions the company comfortably for future investments or shareholder returns. The company’s Underlying Rule of 40 metric, which measures the sum of revenue growth and free cash flow conversion, reached 114%, a gain of 62 percentage points year-on-year. While this result benefited significantly from the e2open acquisition, the underlying business excluding e2open still recorded a Rule of 40 of 45%, indicating organic momentum, albeit with some normalization as anticipated.

Investors should monitor several metrics in coming periods. The sustainability of CargoWise Value Packs adoption and pricing power in this model will be critical, as will the company’s ability to deliver promised synergies from the e2open integration. Global trade volumes, subject to tariffs and economic conditions, remain a key variable for logistics software demand. This announcement is classified as price sensitive under ASX listing rules.
