Moody's has assigned a Baa2 rating to the company's domestic backed senior secured bank credit facility.
The trust has been investing in high-quality Australian real estate since 2009, with a team structure designed to foster long-standing relationships with partners and investors through collaboration and innovation. Growthpoint achieved its Net Zero Target across directly owned operationally controlled office assets and corporate activities by 1 July 2025. The company was established on 22 February 2007 and is headquartered in Australia.
