Atlas Arteria Limited owns, develops, and operates toll roads across France, Germany, Australia, Bermuda, and the United States. Its portfolio spans partial and full interests in a range of motorway and tunnel assets, with the French network representing its largest geographic exposure alongside wholly and majority owned assets in Germany and the United States.
The company holds interests in the APRR motorway network, the ADELAC commuter road, and the A79 transversal link in France, as well as full ownership of the Warnow Tunnel in Rostock, Germany. In the United States, Atlas Arteria holds a majority interest in the Chicago Skyway and full ownership of the Dulles Greenway in Virginia. Incorporated in 2009 and formerly known as Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited before adopting its current name in May 2018, the company is headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
