Port logistics functions include the processing and delivery of energy and forestry products alongside project and general cargo, while bulk logistics encompasses mine-to-ship transport, stockpile management, and storage facilities. Qube also provides container sale, hire, modification, and stevedoring services, and operates Australian Amalgamated Terminals. Incorporated in 2011 under the former name Qube Logistics Holdings Limited, the company is headquartered in Sydney, Australia.
