NRW Holdings Limited provides diversified contract services to the resources and infrastructure sectors across Australia, operating through three business segments woven into its core offering. The Civil segment delivers private and public infrastructure work spanning roads, bridges, rail formations, ports, tailings storage facilities, renewable energy projects, water infrastructure, and bulk earthworks across mine development and residential subdivision. The Mining segment covers contract mining, mine management, load and haul, dragline, drill and blast, coal handling preparation plant operations, maintenance services, and the fabrication of water and service vehicles.

The Minerals, Energy and Technologies segment extends the group's reach into the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of global resource projects, incorporating materials handling, fabrication, shutdown and onsite maintenance, industrial engineering, and construction services. This segment also encompasses industrial electrical engineering, automation, switchboard design and manufacturing, instrumentation and electrical construction, refurbishment and rebuild services for earthmoving equipment and machinery, heat treatment services, and mining equipment solutions. Founded in 1994, NRW Holdings is headquartered in Belmont, Australia.
